The mirror itself is ordinary, but pretty, and made for an Electra bike (though it'll fit yours too). The mirror insert RATTLES inside the housing. Easy fix: remove the rubber seal around the mirror, take out the mirror insert, put 3–4 layers of electrical tape on the back, reinstall it, and put the seal back on. Problem solved.
Great mirror!
