Happy with the bike. You sit with a straight back. The saddle seems comfortable. The only annoying thing is the chain hitting the guard over bumps.

A good, solid bike. Packaging was fine, no damage. Shame it doesn't come with a rear rack, pump or basket. But maybe that's actually better—whoever needs them can buy them separately.

This is the second bike from this seller, this one for my husband. It arrived in a huge box, well packed and almost fully assembled. We just need to adjust the saddle, attach the pedals and secure the handlebar. Can't wait for spring :)

Much nicer in real life than in the photos. Delivered ahead of schedule and, as you can see in the photo, packed perfectly. I can't test how it rides because there are snowdrifts outside. But visually it's perfect, everything works, shifts and turns as it should. It'll probably need a professional adjustment. Magical bike, thanks to the seller—not a single scratch, looks perfect. I'm 174 cm tall; I thought it would be smaller, and it felt just about at my limit.

Absolutely gorgeous! To me, the color has a slight olive tint, which makes it even better-looking. There's some extra noise from the bottom bracket after shifting gears (around 4th–5th). Reviews of a related model say it's fixable, so I'm waiting for the shop's reply. My husband has a mountain bike with a terribly uncomfortable riding position and saddle. On mine I feel like I'm sitting on a throne now, and my back says thank you. The weather probably won't be good again until spring, but even in a light rain I really enjoyed a short ride.

It was packed well! There were a couple of scratches. Good-looking, beautiful and comfortable! But we were unlucky and had to return it. The handlebar can't be secured and keeps turning. We spoke to the service team, but it didn't help. We'll order another one!

Very comfortable bike.

The test ride went well. At 191 cm tall, I was able to adjust everything successfully. If you don't have a mechanic and tools at home, the bike doesn't come with any tools at all. And the manual isn't for this model. It comes mostly assembled—just a few adjustments and the pedals need to be fitted.
