Easy to learn.

The balance bike weighs just 3 kg. The low frame makes it easy to get on and put both feet on the ground without getting in the way when pushing off. The low centre of gravity and long wheelbase help your child stay balanced.

Easier braking for your child.

The brake lever can be adjusted to suit your child’s finger length. Your child can reach the brakes without stretching.

For paved paths and park rides.

Wide tyres roll easily and cushion small bumps for a more comfortable ride.

Less hassle for parents.

The lightweight balance bike is easier to carry up stairs or home when your child gets tired. The saddle has a dedicated carrying handle.

More than one season of riding.

The saddle height adjusts as your child grows. The aluminium frame does not rust.

More about this model

Woom Original 1 is a running game for the youngest. A specially designed brake handle provides easy pressing, so that the child does not need to put much effort into stopping the bike.

The aluminum frame has a low profile for a comfortable fit and pull-off process. The long seatpost allows you to adjust the height of the saddle as much as possible for the convenience of a young rider.

The original takeaway has no protruding parts that could scratch the child when falling, which ensures his safety.

The key to a good roll is high—quality wheels with a diameter of 12". They are mounted on bushings with industrial bearings, high-quality stainless steel spokes and lightweight aluminum rims, and the rear sleeve is made as narrow as possible so that the child does not touch the frame with his feet when pushing off.

Child-specific hand brakes

Learning to operate a rear brake as early as possible makes it easier for your child to use brakes on a pedal bike later on and can prevent them from having accidents. Our specially designed brake lever is easy to pull with small hands and requires little strength to bring the bike to a safe halt. This, along with the ergonomic grips, makes braking child's play.

Knee-friendly stem

Our stem ensures a safe and lightweight connection between the handlebars and the headset. Thanks to its sleek, rounded design and recessed clamp bolt, the stem is a trusty "knee saver".

Flexible steering limiter

Our specially developed steering limiter is a vital safety feature. It prevents the handlebars from overturning, which reduces the risk of accidents.

Ergonomically formed saddle

The saddle is one of the most important points of contact between the child and the bike. It significantly affects the feeling when riding. That's why our saddle is designed to be a perfect fit for the pelvis of children in this age group and optimized for an upright riding position. Its scooped design is engineered to provide continuous optimal support for your child. In short, these features make our saddle the ultimate all-rounder for every position – whether your child is sitting, standing or cruising at speed.

All-round capable tires

Tires have a major influence on how a bike handles. That's why we've chosen high-quality, lightweight and grippy tires with low rolling resistance for the woom ORIGINAL 1. This ensures smooth running and good grip whatever the terrain – whether paved, gravel or dirt roads. The reflective stripe on the tires' sidewall also ensures optimum visibility even in low-light conditions.
