I love my bike I love the style and pink color of my new bike. It's comfortable and the electric assist is easy to use.
I’m 5’2” and I was in the exact same predicament as your wife! I really like the loft go, but disliked the white color and that was the only color available in S. So I went into a couple local bike stores and asked if a M would work. First store ignored me but second store took their time in getting me fitted on a similar sized medium bike and accounted for the adjustment we could make with a less padded thinner saddle, etc. I just got mine in coral medium and I can affirm it fits well for my small frame! I was told the reason it works is because I have long legs for my frame, so it’s definitely worth talking to someone at a local bike shop to get fitted!
